By booking or renting a vehicle from Riczeth Car Rentals, you agree to comply with our rental policies and these Terms and Conditions.
All information provided during booking must be accurate and complete. Riczeth Car Rentals reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if false or incomplete information is submitted.
Rental rates, deposits, delivery fees, additional services, and other applicable charges will be confirmed before the vehicle is released.
The renter must use the vehicle responsibly and follow all applicable traffic laws. Only authorized drivers listed or approved for the rental may operate the vehicle.
The renter may be responsible for damages, loss, missing accessories, traffic violations, toll fees, parking fees, late return fees, and other charges incurred during the rental period.
The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, reckless driving, towing, subleasing, or any unauthorized purpose.
In case of accident, theft, breakdown, or damage, the renter must immediately inform Riczeth Car Rentals and cooperate with any necessary investigation or documentation.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the booking and cancellation policy provided at the time of reservation.
Riczeth Car Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Continued use of our rental services means acceptance of the latest applicable terms.
