A booking comes in

It arrives as a record rather than a message. You see the vehicle, the dates, who they are and what they uploaded, all in one place, and the vehicle is provisionally held so nobody else can take it while you decide.

  • Availability rechecked at the moment of confirming, so two customers cannot take the same vehicle

They pay you

The same way they pay you now: GCash, Maya, bank transfer or cash. The difference is that the receipt they upload sits on the booking, and a member of your staff marks it verified. ArkilaHub does not touch the money.

You get the vehicle ready

Assign the vehicle, and the driver where the booking needs one. The pre-rental inspection is photographs taken on your phone, attached to the booking, so the vehicle's condition at handover is on record rather than in an argument.

It comes back

Record the return and the second inspection. Anything extra they owe, whether fuel, a late return or damage found on the way round, is added to the same booking, and the deposit is settled against it.

Between rentals

The work nobody bills for. Service records, and reminders before a registration or an insurance policy runs out, so a vehicle is not taken off the road by a date that nobody was watching.
